My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with standard amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. However, they were located right by the lobby and the hotel bar, which could be noisy. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with some staff being rude and oblivious to my room reservation issues, but others, especially the front desk and maid service, were incredibly nice and helpful. The location was convenient for my plans, close to Castle Gardens and everything I needed, but the limited restaurant/bar in the connected building was a downside. Dining offered a surprisingly good breakfast but dining experiences varied. Facilities were satisfactory overall.
